Each investment is directly linked to operational assets generating electricity sold under fixed agreements to national grids. Investors receive a 12% annualised yield, distributed monthly, contractually guaranteed by energy offtake revenues.

How It Works: Transparent Structure

Investor Allocation
Capital is allocated to the acquisition of solar panels to be located on government (or large multi-national company) backed solar farms.

Funds are used in the direct purchase of tangible assets (panels) that produce income.

Income Distribution
Targeted 2.00% yield per month; RA-ESG contractually guarantees 1.00% per month (even during technical downtime).

Exit
Exit permitted after 2 years (with full capital refund).

Performance and Returns
RA-ESG targets a investor return of between 1.00% and 2% per month. With the lower threshold 12% per annum (1% per month). Profits are derived from large scale government backed solar projects.
The returns illustrated are generated pursuant to Power Purchase Agreements executed between Governments, Government owned utility companies, and/or large multi-national companies, all of which purchase energy under contract from RA-ESG. In the event of technical failure, product malfunction, or energy purchase default; RA-ESG offers a minimum yield of 1% per calender month.
