In the event you classify yourself as a “Potential Investor” we will ask you to self-certify as either a Sophisticated, Experienced, High-Net-Worth or Institutional Investor (we do not accept contact request from “retail-investors”).

• At various times throughout our relationship with you, we may ask you to re-confirm your, address, telephone number, passport number, national identity number, proof of address, financial status, and/or experience or level of sophistication within the financial and investment sector. If we feel that you are financially vulnerable, or not to a level of wealth or financial experience or sophistication that would entail an understanding of the products and services featured on our website, we may write to you and/or terminate any further interaction.

• Without limitation, you irrevocably hold RA-ESG PLC harmless and indemnify us in the event of any legal, financial or reputational loss should it be discovered that any of the Data you have provided is false; especially, you will answer all questions as to your financial status or experience honestly, and will not hold yourself out to be a Sophisticated, Experienced, High-Net-Worth or Institutional Investor if you are not.

• Anyone to whom we lawfully transfer or may transfer our rights and duties under this agreement;

Our Partners may be located outside of the UK or the European Economic Area (“EEA”). Our contractual agreements with these Partners ensure they agree to apply the same levels of protection as we are required to apply to your information and, where appropriate, to use your information strictly in accordance with our instructions.
